Research Highlights:

My research focuses on advancing core areas in inpatient pharmacotherapy and pharmaceutical policy across healthcare systems. This includes exploring the integration of clinical decision support systems and the role of clinical pharmacists in promoting safe and effective medication use. I investigate medication continuity challenges and solutions across transitions of care, particularly between hospitals and community settings. Medication management in internal medicine and cardiology departments, addressing both clinical and systemic aspects. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, I aim to reduce medication-related harm and improve therapeutic outcomes. My work also informs national strategies for optimizing pharmaceutical care delivery in hospitals.
